Boardriders magazine covers boardriding sports mainly skateboarding and surfing, while also cover some art & music. I used to lead a small music editorial team while also write for music columns and album reviews.

Below is a tiny documentation. This was my writing on the biggest and the most successful punk rock band in Indonesia, Superman Is Dead title Dressed To Kill. They signed with Sony Music a couple of months later and become huge.

The source was some article research and interview with their smart, tattoed flamboyan drummer, Jerink. For what i see, there’s no punk band has ever reach their level of success, and they doing it by also maintaining their roots.
